We conduct regular work shops at this centre, where we teach Hypnotherapy at 3 Levels, Level I, II & III on behalf of  The California Hypnosis Institute Of India ( http://www.californiahypnosis.in/ )

Hypnotherapy Workshop Level I

Level I

At the end of this course the participants shall :

· understand the theory of mind

· understand the theory of suggestibility

· understand why and how an individual gets into a hypnotic state

· be able to conduct an interview with a client to know his/her issues

· be able to determine whether a client is physically suggestible or an emotionally suggestible person

· be able to put a willing person in a hypnotic state through arm-raising induction method

· be able to use one or two fast induction methods

· be able to help address the following behavioural issues of an individual through hypnosis

- Stress Reduction

- Self-confidence

- Concentration

- Self-esteem

- Goal Accomplishment

· be able to compose/write the suggestion to be given to an individual under hypnosis to address any specific issues communicated by him

· be able to use deepening techniques

· be able to use awakening techniques

· be able to use self-hypnosis technique for himself/herself and

· be able to help others do self-hypnosis and use suggestions for self-development.

At the end of this course the participants shall :

· understand the various hypnotic modalities

· understand the basics of Ericksonian hypnosis

· understand body syndromes

· understand basic emotional empowerment techniques

· learn the various hypno-diagnostic tools and their uses

· learn the basics of dream therapy

· learn the use of hypno-drama

· learn age regression and age regression therapy

· learn the procedures for fear and phobia management

· understand pain management

· get an introduction to neuro-linguistic programming (NLP)

· Determine the Physical & Emotional Sexuality of a client

· Provide Relationship Counselling

· Use Family Systems Approach to understand the issues of a client

· Understand the issues of Adult Children of Dysfunctional Families

· Understanding the need for Child Hypnosis

· Carry out First Consultation

· Use Counselling & Interviewing techniques

· Address the following disorders:

Eating Disorders

Passive Aggressive Behaviour (PAB)

Detrimental habits- Nail biting, Tardiness etc.

Sexual Dysfunctions

· Understand the basics of Handwriting Analysis (Graphology)

· Understand the basics of Past Life Regression

· Use of Mental Bank Technique

Hello and Greetings,

At the very start, this is to say a big thanks to my son Angad. He has done every thing for this writing to be possible. All of us have our own busy schedules, and he too has his. He is busy with his studies as a computer engineer and I am grateful to him that he could take time out for making this for me.

It also feels good in another sort of way. To see the little son become a big son! To now feel confident enough to hold my hand to help. In spite of Khalil Gibran’s words “ Our children are not our children. They are only born from us….” I just could not help but feel my heart swell up with pride.
